DMCA Policy

PeterIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following procedure for receiving notices of claimed infringement.

"PeterIPTV is a technical service provider. We do not host, store, or upload any media files (video, audio, images) on our own servers. Our service acts as a gateway to globally available streams hosted by third parties."

1. Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our DMCA Agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit PeterIPTV to locate the material (e.g., specific channel or VOD title).
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid, written notice containing the information outlined above, PeterIPTV will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material. Unlike unmanaged services like Kevin IPTV, we take professional compliance seriously and work to ensure our technical gateway remains within global standards.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. This must include your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

PeterIPTV reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users or third-party stream providers who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
