3. When We Cannot Refund
To prevent abuse of our system, we cannot offer refunds in these scenarios:
- ISP Throttling: If the service works on your mobile data (4G/5G) but buffers on your home WiFi. This is an ISP issue and can be fixed with a VPN.
- Channel Specifics: We do not refund if a single specific channel or VOD title is temporarily unavailable. With 20,000+ channels, minor maintenance is normal.
- User Error: If you provide an incorrect MAC Address and do not contact us to fix it.
