SEND MAC NOW

Access System Settings

Disconnect the Ethernet/Internet cable and reboot your box. When the "Loading" screen appears, press the SET/SETUP button on your remote to enter the inner portal.

Configure Portal URL

Navigate to Servers > Portals and enter the following exactly:

Portal URL

http://mag.peter-iptv.com:8080/c/

Fix Time Sync (NTP Server)

To prevent "Page Loading Errors," you must sync the time. Go to General Settings and set the NTP Server to:

pool.ntp.org

TROUBLESHOOTING

"Page Loading Error" or "Your STB is Blocked"?

This means your MAC Address is not registered in our system or was typed incorrectly. Please Contact Support with a photo of your MAC sticker.

"Login/Password Required" prompt?

MAG boxes do not usually require a password if the MAC is registered. If you see this, go back to Portal Settings and ensure the URL ends with /c/.
