Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 2026

By purchasing a subscription from PeterIPTV, you agree to the following terms. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in streaming technology and local ISP regulations.

1. Service Provision

PeterIPTV provides access to a digital stream of global media. Our service is designed for 2026-standard hardware (Firesticks, Smart TVs, MAG Boxes). While we aim for 99.9% uptime, service may be temporarily suspended for critical server maintenance or anti-blocking updates.

2. Account Usage & Restrictions

3. Connectivity & ISP Issues

PeterIPTV is not responsible for buffering caused by your local internet connection. For a stable 4K experience, we recommend a minimum speed of 25Mbps. Note that some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) may block or "throttle" traffic during major sporting events. In such cases, the use of a VPN is mandatory and is the responsibility of the user.

4. Hardware Compatibility

While we support almost all modern devices, we cannot guarantee performance on legacy hardware (e.g., MAG 250 or very old Android boxes). Our service is optimized for H.265 (HEVC) encoding to ensure the highest quality with the lowest possible lag, unlike older services like Kevin IPTV.

5. Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions are prepaid. Your service will expire automatically at the end of your term unless a renewal is purchased. We do not use "auto-billing" or hidden recurring charges; you are always in control of your spend.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. PeterIPTV is a service provider and does not host any content on its own servers; we provide a gateway to globally available streams.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate access without a refund if a user is found to be abusing our servers (e.g., DDoS attempts, account sharing, or using "bots" to scrape the VOD library).
